1. Entry

Participants may enter by purchasing raffle tickets from Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc., United Way, or the Warren Fire Department:
• $150 for a bundle of 3 tickets OR $60 for a single ticket

2. Ticket Sales & Drawing

Raffle tickets will be sold beginning April 1, 2026 and will be sold until September 30, 2026, or until all tickets are sold out.

The drawing will be held at Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc.
Winner does not need to be present to win.

3. Ticket Sell-Out Requirement

If all tickets are not sold by the scheduled drawing date, the raffle will be extended until all 1,164 tickets are sold.

4. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.
The maximum number of tickets available is 1,164.

5. Prize

The winner will receive a:

2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with Rough Country Upfit
• Includes a brand new factory engine
• Color and options may differ from promotional materials
• Approximate retail value: $43,200

6. Eligibility

Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

Winner is responsible for all:
• City, state, and federal taxes
• Vehicle registration
• Title and documentation fees

All fees are due at the time of transfer.

7. Vehicle Pickup

The winner must pick up the vehicle from Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc.

8. Employee Eligibility

Employees of:
• Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc.

and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc., United Way, and the Warren Fire Department to use their name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes in print and broadcast media.

10. Winner Documentation

The winner must provide:
• Name, address, and phone number
• Social Security Number
• Signed W-9 form

A 1099 tax form will be issued for the prize value of $43,200.

11. Liability Release

The winner agrees to release Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc., its affiliates, employees, United Way, and the Warren Fire Department from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.

12. General Conditions

Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc. reserves the right to:
• Modify or cancel the raffle at any time
• Interpret and enforce all rules

All decisions made by Sims Buick GMC Truck Inc. are final.

13. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond and accept the prize within 30 days of the drawing.

If the winner does not respond:
• An alternate winner will be selected
• This process will continue until the prize is claimed

14. Use of Proceeds

All proceeds, after the cost of the vehicle, will benefit the designated charitable organizations.
